• Poker, $100.00 buy-in, no re-buys, 25% goes to St Jude
• Tennis Tournament, $75.00 (guaranteed 2 matches)
• 5k Fun Run, $25 Adults, $20 Ages 15 and younger
• Hole-in-one Contest. $10 entry, 1 shot from 175 yards, closest to pin 2 shots from 150 yards

FORMATS:

• Poker is 30-minute blind structure, $2,000 in chips
• Tennis Tournament is draw style with feed-in consolation and will be men's and women's combo (5.5, 6.5, 7.5, 8.5 & Open)
• Hole-in-one will be one shot from 175 yds, and closest to pin is 2 more shots from 150 yds
• 5k run will be age divisions

PRIZES:

• Poker will pay out based on number of entrants
• Tennis Tournament will have prizes for 1st, 2nd, and consolation winners
• 5k run will have prizes for 1st-3rd per age division
• Hole-in-one, wins 2-year free lease of Infiniti car, closest to pin wins 50% of the pot, 50% to St Jude

This is a draw style tournament with 2 match guarantee, first round consolation. We are limiting the divisions to 8 teams per division.

OTHER EVENTS/NOTES:

We will have a Thursday Night Mixer that is not part of the actual tournament, but proceeds will go towards St Jude. Food and Beverages will be provided. Player Party Saturday Night, you will need your wrist band to get in with out charge.

Men's open doubles will have prize money of $250/person. *If we get 8 teams, 2nd place will be $100/person
